Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Pakistan: 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method.

We may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during special promotions or when the minimum order value is met.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link (when available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. HOLD & HIDES is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can investigate and provide a suitable solution.

Customs & Import Duties
